Patience: An aspiring filmmaker’s best friend.

If the past few years have taught me anything, it’s that you need to have patience. It’s a constant struggle between pursuing your dreams and finding the right opportunities to do so.

Recently, I was shamelessly Googling ‘how to find a job in film’, naturally looking for any way to make the journey less arduous. During my investigation, I came across Stephen Follows’ website, specifically his blog post ‘How to Find a Job in Film’- how convenient, right?

Follows offers a wealth of knowledge from his experience as a producer the industry. His post offers some straightforward information that, to be honest, debunks any preconceptions of grandeur that the industry may present.
